8 weeks weight loss challenge

Daily Goals

  1. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

  2. Eat 5-6 meals per day - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner + 2 Snacks

  3. Plan meals ahead of time, so that you always have healthy options available.

  4. Serve your meals on smaller plates. You will be likely to eat less - helps in portion control.

  5. 60 minutes workouts at least 5 days a week - Yoga/Dance/Running/ Skipping/ Treadmill.

  6. Limit processed sugar intake throughout the day - 1 tsp

    • Tea/coffee - limit to 1 cup per day

    • Sweets/ice creams/cakes/cold drinks - limit to 1 per week (Treat meal)

  7. Limit junk/fast food

    • deep-frying food/chips - limit to 1 per week (Treat meal)

  8. Light dinner before 8 - 8.30pm

  9. Count calories on healthifyme App.​​
